it is possible to pay 1 month and at the end of 1 months switch to per year payment ?

or if you select monthly you cannot switch to year plan ?

    You can switch any time, the system will switch at the end of the current period.

      I paid for a one -year subscription but it hasn’t been activated and no reply from billing.
