NextDNS blocking on iPhone over Cellular?

Hi there,

I'm new to NextDNS and today I installed and configured it on most of my devices. On my iPhone, I have both the configuration profile installed, as well as the NextDNS app configured and enabled. All works perfectly while connected to WiFi, but tonight while out walking I checked the "my.nextdns.io" setup tab, and noticed that I wasn't connected while on cellular like I was hoping to be.

Would someone please help me configure my iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18.5 so that NextDNS works over cellular? Please feel free to point me towards documentation if it exists.

    Yes works fine over cellular.

    Go to https://test.nextdns.io/

    both on wifi and cellular and check.
