Best porn blocker list?

Hey man, I totally feel you on this. Been in that same spot—trying to block everything out and yet somehow these sneaky sites still slip through. Like yeah, you install a bunch of blockers, DNS filters, ad blockers... and then boom, you end up on some random Pixiv page or stumble across some booru junk through a proxy. It's frustrating af.

Honestly, there isn’t really a “perfect” blocklist that just shuts down everything 100%. Most public blocklists (like from OISD, HaGeZi, etc.) are solid for general adult content but they still miss niche or anime-based stuff, and proxy sites are a whole another beast. They keep changing domains all the time. I tried some GitHub-hosted blocklists and even combined like 4-5 together, and still something slips.

One thing that helped me was using BlockP on my phone and Chrome—it’s not just a blocker, it also kinda works with your mindset. It asks why you’re quitting and gives some self-control tools. And most of the features are free, so that’s a win.

Also on Android, yeah, the DNS thing is tricky. Even if you use a good private DNS like NextDNS or AdGuard DNS, someone can just go into settings and turn it off. What I did was use BlockP + parental control app (like Google Family Link or even just app lock) to block access to settings. Not perfect, but better than nothing.
