How to apply a Denylist across all profiles?

1 - Why is the Denylist per profile only?

2 - Is there a simple/systemic way to sync a Denylist across all/multiple profiles?

3 - A “heads-up” note or message on the Denylist page re the above would be nice.

4 - Ditto re “Allowlist” - although I haven’t bothered with this…yet.
