NextDNS Logs page not showing any information besides client name

Hello,

I'm new to NextDNS here, so I might be missing something completely obvious, but I don't see any actual information on the "Logs" page in the NextDNS dashboard.

For each line of content, it shows a tiny "globe" icon, then a grey rectangle and then on the right side of the screen the name of the device.

I'm assuming that this is not normal behavior and actual content should be displayed here -- any tips on what I might be doing wrong here?

I'm using NextDNS on a Ubiquiti USG.
