Lost Access to 2FA – Still Have My Password

Hello everyone,
I need some help with my NextDNS account.
My account email is quyenlesongnhat12a121@gmail.com.
I accidentally removed the NextDNS entry from my authenticator app, so I no longer have access to my 2FA codes. Unfortunately, I also don't have any recovery codes.
The good news is that I still know my account password, but I cannot log in because the system requires the 2FA code.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to reset or disable 2FA for my account? I have already contacted NextDNS Support by email, but I wanted to ask the community as well in case there are any other options.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
