Connectivity Issue on Mobile Devices

Both my friend and I have an annual subscription. For the past few days, we've been having an issue where our mobile devices won't connect to the internet. As soon as we disable NextDNS, everything goes back to normal.

Below diagnostic from PC,

Good luck. That's the NextDNS way. If disabled and things work then indeed it was nextdns profile causing issues in routing. If using android just use google dns, if using apple then go with cloud flare relay. Will work with no issues, no costs.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem on an S24 Ultra. Disable private DNS resolution and everything is fine. And it's not exclusive to my android device. Devices behind the CLI are also having the issue. I disabled the CLI, and I am using the windows agent -- same issue. It's sporadic and often webpages just don't load because of resolution failure. I'm looking for alternatives to NextDNS. I like it and have the annual plan as well, but I cannot accept failure to resolve. This has been happening for at least a few months for myself.
