Feature Request: Block Status in Allowlist

It would be nice to see if a domain in Allowlist is actually being blocked by any of the applied blocklists.

I find that when I manually allow domains because of breakage, they usually get fixed after a while. I would like to know if the domain in question is still being blocked after a while by seeing it's status on the Allowlist.
