Option to make groups and assign groups to Denylist/Allowlist entries

When I'm working on Google Analytics, I have to enable/allow some domains that I normally wouldn't, such as:

*.clients6.google.com

*.csi.gstatic.com

*.googleanalytics.com

*.google-analytics.com

*.googletagmanager.com

*.analytics.google.com

And I would have to enable each one individually, but sometimes due to different sites requirements and uses, the 6 domains mentioned above wouldn't be next to each other, such as:

 *.clients6.google.com

sitea.com

siteb.com

*.csi.gstatic.com

asdfasdf.com

qwre.com

asdfasdfg.com

qwer.com

*.googleanalytics.com

1234.com

asdf.com

qwer.com

test.com

*.google-analytics.com

etc.

etc.

*.googletagmanager.com

*.analytics.google.com

This makes it harder to search for the 6 domains I need to allow in a big pool of other domains.

The requirements to make such a thing possible would be:

- Create logical groups in which I can assign the domains
- A domain entry can be in multiple groups, and multiple groups can have multiple entries
- There's a group switch to turn on or off everything that's inside of it
- The ability to drag and drop / reorganize entries in the UI

Let me know if this is clear, I think it is a neat idea, and improvement to QoL
