Move clients to new configurations

I have NextDNS configured on a test Unifi environment so that all of my network clients are automatically rolled up and sent to NextDNS for filtering.  In my production environment I have some clients that will require additional restrictions while some not at all.  

I'm unclear how to move clients between these configurations when the setup was done at the router level.

    Hi, I'm new to networking. Would you please explain to me how to set up this on my UDM? I'm so new to networking. I can't seem to make my Guest network (on a different VLAN) to have an internet connection when using NextDNS. And also how can I remove config line, I accidentally input the wrong IP address when I tried to set up Conditional Configuration & I would like to remove that.
