An app no manage NextDNS instead of website

I like that NextDNS is managed from the browser, but it would also be nice to have an android application to configure it for Android. Since the current application only serves to configure by VPN. I would like it to work for users with DNS-over-TLS / QUIC and the possibility to configure all the parameters

    You can configure NextDNS with your browser. 

    their is also no need to provide an app to configure „private DNS“ and it only needs to be configured once. 
    for Apple devices it exists https://apple.nextdns.io

    Android app, yeah maybe, but if they redesigned the UI and not use the web version, that creates a whole new security problem, using the nextdns app as a wrapper for the my.nextdns.io web will be better.
