Ability to add exact domain name to allowlist

Currently, allow list adds a domain name with starting *.example.com but sometimes some apps or sites needs the functionality of their analytics to run. For example an application on my phone calls a url: xxx.sc.omtrdc.net. To allow only that url, I should add omtrdc.net but this will also allow all the analytics dns queries and this is not I want. I want to give permission only to that url but when I try to add, it is added to list with an asterisk.

can you provide an option to add exact url?
