Trace all private ip of my network

How can I record and especially log dns calls from different network clients?
Like PC, cell phone, network printers, TV box, etc.

The router already exists in the network

But I think you didn't understand me, what I would like is to differentiate the clients in the NextDns logs.Today only the public address (source) on the internet side appears in the NextDns logs.
This public address does not allow to identify the ip address of the client who makes the DNS request at NextDns.
Is there a solution to identify in NextDns logs each client making NextDns requests ?
