Getting someone's attention

I know you are supposed to insert the @ symbol before someone's name, but it never turns green??? I'm assuming I did something wrong 🤔

    @wolf Is this one working?

     I only get green when replying to a topic reply, never for first reply. I’m using mobile safari so no fancy buttons available when writing a reply.

      R P M It turns green when you reply, like now. Yours did not turn green for my name.
