NextDNS logs do not record local hostname on connection with Stubby+DoT+DNSSEC

I have successfully configured NextDNS via DoT with DNSSEC using openwrt+dnsmasq+stubby. But unfortunately, the logs on NextDNS only show 1 hostname (my router). How to make every DNS query from each local hostname recorded in NextDNS logs with its hostname?

      Unfortunately I can't install the nextdns cli. I am using Flint GL-AX1800 and there is no appropriate nextdns cli package. Is using NextDNS with DoT via Stubby not possible to identify the names of my devices?

    I found a way to install NextDNS CLI client on GL-AX1800. I downloaded the file from https://github.com/nextdns/nextdns/releases/download/v1.37.10/nextdns_1.37.10_linux_armv7.tar.gz, then I extracted and uploaded the nextdns file to the GL-AX1800. Manual configuration is required because the installation script does not run on the GL-AX1800.
