VPN usage while configuration is on my firewall

I use Nextdns DNS over TLS off my pfsense firewall. When I linked my ipaddress is the ISP address. Now when I logged through the VPN I obviously not the same IP and I do not click on link and still see that traffic going through Nextdns service. Doing such is it like using a second account as I paid for the year I want to be sure it has full feature with unlimited queries. I also managed to change the DNS where they connect to based on the VPN by adding private DNS I got it properly reporting on StrongVpn, Proton VPN and Ivpn as I was running a trial on that one. I believe I also got it working on Nordvpn. Basically I am asking if I want unlimited queries on second address do I need to purchase another plan?
