Allow/deny IP range, CIDR notation

NextDNS seems to be interfering with various VOIP services like Google Meet and Telegram. I'm trying to whitelist the IPs associated with Telegram which I believe are listed here in CIDR notation:

https://core.telegram.org/resources/cidr.txt

Is there a way to whitelist a range?
