Noticing slowdown so did ping test and found these results

I am noticing that websites take time to connect to the domains and I found about ping nextdns website and did 4-5 tests and found the same results more or less. 

I am no expert but these ping seem high to me. 

Anyway I could resolve these? I have cache boost enabled already.

    If you can post a diag (https://help.nextdns.io/t/y4hmvcx/report-network-latency-issue) I'm sure the NextDNS team would he happy to see what's going on and fix it.

      Hey should I blur out my ip address range in that output?
