Adding HBO/Max to recreation restricted list?

I'm trying to block HBO/Max during non recreational hours, and finding it absent on the list of controllable websites. I'm wondering if there is a way to add my own web domains to the parental control recreation time list? Or is there a way to get HBO/Max added to the list in general?
