Reset password to renew 2FA

I lost my setting in the MS-Authentificator for 2FA login, without backup.

Now I´m trying to reset the 2FA settings by resetting my password as mentioned several times in the community here.

But as I´m following the instruction to reset the password by using the link https://my.nextdns.io/reset-password

there is no email send to my email address at all!
Please help or I need to send a refund request for my membership payment...
