How do you build a cluster setup?

I'm curious if there's a guide for cluster setup of several DNS proxies with NextDNS for reliability. Since I don't see a feature in the configuration options, I don't know if it's enough to install 3 DNS proxies and use them as primary, secondary, and tertiary DNS servers to dispatch requests more quickly.
