Different ad blocking results on two iOS devices with same config

Hi. I'm really confused by a peculiar difference I'm seeing between my iPad and my iPhone.

- Both are on the same wi-fi

- Both are using the same NextDNS configuration

- As far as I'm able to determine, both Safaris are configured identically

...but when I visit d3ward.github.io (an adblocking checker) I get a 93% block rate on the iPhone but only 61% on the iPad. I've checked every setting I can think to check, restarted the pad, etc.

The only difference I can think of is that I had (but deinstalled) Hyperweb for iPad at one point. If that is somehow still contributing to the iPad's delinquency...?

Any ideas on how I can solve this very odd discrepancy? All / any ideas are appreciated...

Regards,
Chris

    Interesting; I get these numbers with devices, both using the same setup (NextDNS + AdGuard Pro Safari extension):

    * iPhone 100%

    * iPad 96%

    (I manually updated AdGuard block lists on both devices before running the test)

    So now I’m also curious…

       Interesting. Not as dramatic a difference as I'm seeing, but still, I'm confused why there is any difference at all.

      I'm perfectly willing to accept user error on my part, but I'm baffled as to what it might be.
