how to fix configuration ip and restrict my self from changing it and get access to all the pornography and stupid dirty nasty content... please if someone can help me fix the configuration id it will be super helpful

i am trying to build a shield that can save me from watching pornography and using bad sites and etc  so i am doing my best right here to restrict any way that can harm the client or delete it
