Block elements on a web page

How to block a child website (or any element) without blocking the entire domain of that website. For example I want to block "cats-age-fe-czjj.onrender.com/audio/ok.mp3" alone, not the entire website "cats-age-fe-czjj.onrender.com"

    This information isn't available to DNS. Use either Firefox with uBO or AdGuard *app* to handle other browsers.

    DNS only works with FQDNs, not URLs.   You would need a solution specific for websites
