Cannot access router after signing up

I changed the IP address on my router to connect with NextDNS. It worked great, but now I want to revert the changes and I cannot access my router! These are the instructions I followed fro the Setup screen:

1. Open the preferences for your router. Usually you can access it from your browser via a URL (like http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.1.1/).

2. Locate the DNS settings inside the interface.

3. Remove all addresses (if any) then add 45.90.28.21 and 45.90.30.21.

4. Click Save (or similar).

I've had some issues with some websites and want to revert the changes, but I can no longer access my router's original IP address: http://192.168.0.1/. What Can I do?

You need to remove your ISP's DNS settings and replace them with NextDNS. You do not need to change the router's IP address.
