Installed/enabled NextDNS, but it ain't working

I've configured DNX over HTTPS per https://my.nextdns.io/xxxxxx/setup on Windows 11. I've also trying installing the app, which is enabled. DNS leak checkers laugh at my leakage. "The DNS settings for all Wi-Fi networks have been set. The settings below won't be used." Sounds ominous, but I've also set the settings for all Wi-Fi networks. https://my.nextdns.io/xxxxxx/setup on Windows 11 also says "This device is not using NextDNS" That's nice...the app is installed and enabled.

    The interesting update is that this computer will work with NextDNS if I use the admin account, but not with my user account.  Same settings.

       Thank you!!  I am using Brave browser...the link had some good information and something that supposedly works for Brave but it didn't for me.  I ended up installing YogaDNS, and that fixed it on this computer, and one other.  It might have been the combo.
