Linked IP connection to TP-link router

Hello all. I have been using nextdns for a while now and love it. I have it setup on the NIC itself via IPv4 properties to use my nextdns ip server addresses for primary and optional. It has been working great that way.

Last night, i decided to give the isp their router back and purchased my own. I purchased a TP-Link ax1500.

Is there a way to set this globally in my router so that any device that connects to the router will obtain the nextdns stuff automatically so i dont have to keep changing NIC properties?

Its not hard to configure the nic on each device anyway, i have 2 desktops, and 2 laptops already configured and working, just curious if my router can do it better?

second question, any app or software on my pc that access the internet for any reason should go through nextdns correct? because the logs are full of firefox and brave entries, i dont see anything from the computers?

Thanks in advance for your help
