Songs on YouTube Music Not Working at 50 Second Mark

When I play songs in YouTube Music, with NextDNS enabled, it stops at the 50th second of every song (example as shown in the screenshot). I've been using NextDNS for a while now but this has only happened recently, so I'm wondering if anyone had ever encountered the same issue or even if there's already a solution for this.

To specify things, I use NextDNS with the same profile both on my Windows laptop and Android phone. If anyone want to ask about my settings or anything else really, please ask away.

I'd be most grateful for any help or information regarding this issue, thank you.

It's probably unlikely that NextDNS is the cause for this. DNS blocking would only show up at the loading point (i.e. at the start).

Perhaps a recent update has caused this problem?

I don't block YT or YTMusic in any way yet this problem is site wide. I forgot to mention this, but whenever I play a regular YT video with NextDNS enabled, it won't play the video but rather stuck at a screen where the play button is visible but when I click the button an error occur suddenly (as shown in screenshots below). This is passable by reloading the page but this also means that I need to do this for each and every video, which gets annoying with playlists.

      the "screen":

       the "error":

after reloading (in this state it's playable):

I've tried with another browser but it shows the same result. This happens both with my Android phone and Windows laptop.

I will search the cause beside NextDNS after this, especially after you mention it. But so far, this has only happened after I use NextDNS in my devices.

    On Android:

It stops not at 50 but close enough in Brave even with Shield off. Could not figure it out immediately and I gave up.

It does not work at all in AdGuard browser, funny enough (it uses another DNS) , I didn't insisted.

    It worked in DuckDuckGo browser.

It worked in Firefox, if you enable the extension «Video Background Play Fix» magic happens.

As an alternative you can use one separate browser for situations like this, with another DNS or with a different profile with light settings. It might be a problem with the  doubleclick domains if they see that are blocked they stop the stream, I didn't look too deep.

The stream came from different googlevideo.com domains.

I forgot to mention that the issues in Brave where with YouTube music not  with normal YouTube. In normal one works even with the screen off and when changing the tab.
