DOH doesn't works on Windows 11

Hello i'm having a issue with setup DOH on windows 11... i put 45.90.28.0 and 45.90.30.0 with my personal link "https://dns.nextdns.io/....." and doesn't work, the website says i'm using nextdns but without my setup. That only works when i change to dns address for linked ip... but my ISP provide me dynamic ip and is not good for me link every time when my ip changes... and i dont want to use DDNS, how to fix this?? i dont want the app for windows too bc it would support it natively

    I think i understand now, i have to setup on windows and browsers... i tested block something on black list and do a ping test and what i blocked seems dont reachable so its working... 

    but in my browser only works if i setup it directly in DOH browser settings, is it normal?

       Browser DoH, if manually setup or using the default auto upgrade (Chromium, including Chrome, Edge & Brave) or Firefox (predefined default server depending on your region), would ignore the OS/router setting.
