systemd-resolved (DoT) support

Hi,

I have been trying to setup edgerouterx with systemd-resolved, but didnt work. I left the instructions here.

Any suggestions? Would nextdns actually work with DoT or not?

I can't help specifically with an EdgeRouter, but editing the /etc/systemd/resolved.conf config file using the lines provided on my NextDNS Setup page worked just fine for me on multiple Linux computers.

AFAIK, systemd-resolved only has DoT support, not DoH. So, the main point was to get nextdns work with DoT.

In your setup, does protocol in https://test.nextdns.io/ shows DoT or DoH?

Yeah, it's DoT. The Setup page for Linux includes four lines for the config file that specify the DNS servers, then the DNSOverTLS=yes line.
