ability to *not* block all ingame rewards ads

i want to be able to still watch ads in game for rewards, wolvesville for example. but nextdns blocks the ads entirely which i don't want it to do, i want to still be able to watch them but i don't want google domain ads. please give me a solution for this? if there isn't, can y'all make it possible?
