Purge/show Redundant Deny-list Entries, and show redundant blocklists.

It would be nice to have a feature that will purge redundant entries from the Denylist, and generate a text file that tells the user what was removed, and which blocklists already blocked it.

Show Redundant Blocklists is also a tool we need.

Also an ability to deny domains from the logs page without having to visit the Denylist page.
