NextDNS not working on iOS as it's using Cloudflare?

I have the app installed, set up with correct ID and enabled. I have downloaded the configuration and installed it and it's there when I look. I don't have Cloudflare installed (I used to though). Any suggestions as to what I need to do and why it wouldn't be working?

    Seems I can't delete this post? After searching, I've found that turning Private Relay off fixes the issue. So I assume Apple use Cloudfare somehow and that's the source of the problem!
