Add Note to Allow/Block Lists

Perhaps been mentioned before but would be really handy to be able to add a note to anything you add to the allow or block list (and be able to add from log). So, for example if I am allowing a domain because a smart bulb is malfunctioning and I have traced this is the cause, I could add a note such as “Amazon Smart Bulb - Needed for API”
