Dnsmasq cpe-id issue

Hi,

since today, I encounter a very strange issue.

my dnsmasq config is using cpe-id to forward without cache (cache-size=0) to my parental profile of NextDNS.

Since today if I make an update on my NextDNS profile, and resolving via my associated dnsmasq instance the update is not updated as expected.

if I try to direct resolving to NextDNS I have no issue. 
i tried to restart dnsmasq instance. No way even after multiple retries.

yesterday and since about two years I had no issue at all with the very same configuration.

is there currently something ongoing with NextDNS ?
