Log file downloads failing/can't search logs by date
Hey. Business subscriber here.
We had a few firewall alerts a couple of days ago and I needed to cross reference an IP address with the DNS records. I've tried to download the logs a number of times, it gets to 2gb and then fails (I'm not even sure we can open a log file that big!).
To get the information I need, I've just had to sit with my finger on the "Page Down" button and scroll through page after page after page (hundreds of pages) of useless and irrelevant information to get to the right date/time.
This all seems like a massive waste of our time/bandwidth and a massive waste of your bandwidth. Why can I not filter logs by date/time? Surely that's a basic feature to implement, and it's pretty much a requirement when selling your product to business?
As much as I love NextDNS (I even have a personal subscription at home) unfortunately, if I can't lookup log files from a few days ago, then it's completely useless to us.
I've searched and see this has been requested any number of times by different users. It really should be a priority, and not having this basic feature should be considered a bug!
