Arpa requests timeout

I have the UDM PRO SE logs spammed by these queries

I have set in my NextDNS configuration the forwarder like 

forwarder 168.192.in-addr.arpa.=127.0.0.1forwarder 10.10.in-addr.arpa.=127.0.0.1

What I do not get is the kind of request. I understand that is invalid because it is looking for IP.0.10.168.192.in-addr.arpa.
