nextdns not resolving , errors, latency

about two weeks ago nextdns started not resolving , show high latency when working and not reaching local servers..

i am located in LIM with WIN internet provider:

my pc saiyng NextDNS with no profile even if i have setup correctly my https://dns.nextdns.io/XXX profile on my window settings as recommended.

Everything was working correctly , and everthing works correclty with the samme settings on my mobile with my carrier internet.

Am i correct asuming it is a problem with my internet service provider? even so, should vultr-sao be slow but working? i only get unreacheable address if i setup chrome secure dns with custom dns profile and the https://dns.nextdns.io/xxxx or s with the nextdns option.

any comments will help.
