Import Lists (allow, deny, rewrite)

I want to be able to import preferred lists not available by subscription, and Import from prior configuration Exports (link below).

Importing speeds configuration by grabbing a common Base, or device specific sets.

I manage each device in the home.  Fine grain control is a joy.  Import Export will reduce frustration.
