Additional blocklists?

You have some great blocklists already for ads, but how about blocklists for, say adult content or VPNS/proxies?

Im forever going in and blocklisting vpn websites/download urls and the back end servers they use (they often are port-less, meanign they just work, but do use the same back end server names on the web).

TOR nodes is also another one we could use
