In Seoul South Korea All ISP has issue

DNS provider Moack Co., Ltd and Choppa LLC. it keep change it Choppa is faster but when it connect to Moack Co., Ltd. it has problem it not connect to ultralow at all and ping not display on ping.nextdns.io and connection is not stable at all

In this case NextDNS need to fix in South Korea. not just one ISP. It has problem all ISP (LG U+, KT and SK Telecom)  When it use Anycast it use next close to server location Tokyo Japan. why?  

Please NextDNS CEO please fix it ASAP.
