Watch profile

Hi,

since there are also Apple Watches with LTE, it would be practical to be able to install a profile for DNS there.

    I would like to see this feature as well.

    apple devices can be a bit chatty and being able to apply a nextDNS profile with the Apple tracking list to my watch would be a relief off my mind
