Secure DNS SNI Support Brave

i did all settings as per in my Brave Browser Secure DNS using DNS-over-HTTPS https://dns.nextdns.io/xxxxxx nextDNS don't support Encrypted SNI and Secure DNS. Cloudflare still showing "You may not be using secure DNS" and "Your browser did not encrypt the SNI when visiting this page".

Do i need some extra settings for this in my Brave browser?

Version 1.22.70 Chromium: 89.0.4389.105 (Official Build) (x86_64)

    The page you are using will only test positive on secure DNS if you are using cloudflare DNS.

      tushar sharma https://test.nextdns.io, check the protocol used. In your analytics we also give you the % of request thru encrypted protocol.

      Thank you for explaining why we only get a "?"in stead of a ✅ on Secure DNS - we can't without directly using clouds DNS. Good to know.

       

      Also for the Encrypted SNI tag, I only get it cleared if I have the DNS-over-TLS (xxxxxx.dns.nextdns.io) listed as Privat DNS in my phone network settings ➕ DNS-over-https in my browser DNS (Brave). That puzzles me, cause if I only have DNS-over-TLS in phone setting i get ❌ on Encrypted SNI. Does that make sense, I thought TLS pretty much=SNI?
