how to change config id on UDMPro

I replaced my pi-hole on the network with nextdns installed directly on the UDMPro but uppon initial install configuration I used the regular config id and I would like to change it to the DOT, but I cant figure out the CLI commands needed, also, should I stop the service first or restart it after the change?

So I stopped the service and reran the installer and tried to enter the DOT endpoint id but would only accept the 6 digit code, for "regular" endpoint.

The analytics page does report 100% of DOH/DOT (or app) traffic, but of the third party test pages I have checked none confirms an encrypted connection/requests.

The wiki does state:  "NextDNS CLI is a DNS53 to DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) proxy..." but I do not grasp it completly, could anyone make it clearer, please, as I recognize I might be trying to implement something that is already a active.

LSoren The CLI client is a DoH client. May I ask why you need DoT instead of DoH?

NextDNS I dont "need" DoT, if its working DoH is fine. From what I could understand there isnt a clear better protocol between DoH and DoT, as I had DoH enabled on the pi-hole with cloudflare I decided to try DoT with NextDNS. But, as I said DoH is also fine, what I want is to encrypt the communication, I just wish I had a way to test/verify it besides a stat on the analytics page.
