WalletConnect Authentication Flow Issues

I'm unable to use WalletConnect on apps like Rainbow when I have NextDNS enabled. I don't see anything in the logs that would indicate a list blocking DNS queries in the flow. Has anyone else run into this?

Steps to Recreate: 

1. On an iPhone connected to a NextDNS enabled network
2. Launch a DApp from Safari on the iPhone (i.e. Zerion)
3. Connect a wallet -> WalletConnect -> Rainbow
4. Redirected to Rainbow app on iPhone
5. No prompt is displayed to accept connection

If I turn off NextDNS, the authentication flow works as expected.
