Block page no longer is active

Hi, for the first couple weeks I was getting blocked pages showing up in my logs as I’d expect as it blocks portions or pages. however now I get 0. I am also now getting ocsp.pki.google links which is New I should be getting crl checks, what’s gives. Got a ton of fire base stuff and api. Starting to wonder whether there is app api compromise. Running 14.6 iOS
