Notifications

I'd find it really useful if you could add a notification system. 

So if certain things happen, EG Specific blocklist is hit then I get a notification (email or push), or maybe a specific DNS query is seen from a specific device (or config)

    Sending that level of emails would end in detected as SPAM.

    Take a look at your analytics page for an idea of how many notifications you’d get.
