Clone Profile
is there any option to clone the profile? I need another profile with very similar settings, and it would be terrible to have to type everything again in the blocklist

It isn't possible to do this natively, but you can install the NXEnhanced browser extension which will allow you to export and import configurations, as well as some other nice-to-have features.
