Does iOS app has cache (similarly to the CLI)?

Currently I have NextDNS CLI installed in my router and the NextDNS iOS app is disabled on my home Wi-Fi network.

I’m doing that just because I’m unsure if the iOS app has cache (like the CLI has).

Does it?
