NextDNS routing to tokyo instead of toronto

Well, the routing is adding over 200MS to anything i do, nextdns is routing to tokyo and causing huge issues. 

No support, no email, no help. 
But they gladly took my yearly sub for a broken dns service. 

All other DNS services DONT do this -- i submitted a report via their CMD tool, but whats the solution?

    You should use the diag tool and post your results.

    You use this support page to learn more about how to take a diag. I'm sure that the NextDNS team will be happy to fix routing issues. I had an issue with Cloudflare when using their Warp tool where it would dramatically increase the latency I reported it and it was fixed quite quickly.
